Hi, I’m Karianne Klomp—real estate investor, speaker, and founder of SHEx3.
I didn’t set out to become an investor. We always had a couple of rentals, but I never once imagined doing this full-time… or leading thousands of women into wealth. That version of me didn’t exist yet at that time in my life, but then life collapsed.
When my husband became bedridden for years, I was suddenly homeschooling six kids, selling a brand-new home we couldn’t afford, and trying to figure out how to keep my family afloat.
And I realized no one was coming to save us.
So I became the woman who could.
I invested what little we had, partnered with someone I trusted, oversaw the project myself—and when it worked, everything shifted. Not because of the money, but because I proved to myself that I could rise.
What I discovered next shocked me: the problem wasn’t real estate.
It was that nothing in this industry was built for women like us—women with full lives, families, and a million responsibilities. So I created what I needed. A community where clarity meets compassion, strategy meets real life, and women rise in identity, confidence, and wealth.
